The EISVOGEL is not a restaurant you drive to and then drive home from. It is the culinary heart of a house: Der Birkenhof, run by the Obendorfer family since 1997, set in the countryside of the Upper Palatinate Lake District.
More than 5,000 m² of spa — natural bathing lake and brine pool, panorama and tower sauna, hamam, ice lounge, silence room. Forty stations at which the day slows down. And for the evenings when the EISVOGEL is closed: Die Turmstube à la carte, the vinothek, the bar.
